  1. Can you spell the entire alphabet in Spanish?
  2. Have you been conjugating the verb “ser”?
  3. What are all the subject pronouns in Spanish (ie. Yo, etc.)?
  4. Did you pick out a couple of the descriptive cognates on p. 8 that best describe you or your family?
  5. Are you able to classify items according to these categories (nación, persona, lugar, casa, concepto, animal, comida, deporte, instrumento)?
  6. Do you remember how to spell each of these categories?
  7. How well can you solve math problems?
  8. Is your spelling good when it comes to numbers like 21?
  9. What were the rules for dividing a word into syllables and underlining the naturally accented syllable?
  10. Which were those six verbs we used with the “me gusta” expression?  And how do you use the “me gusta” expression in a question?
  11. When do you use “son las” as opposed to “a las?
  12. Do you remember how to tell time and express A.M and P.M in Spanish?
  13. What are all the question words we have been working with (remember: the Grammar Rock sequence)?

  15. Have your read the sections “Spanish in the US”, “Las naciones del mundo hispano”, and “El mundo hispánico”?
